From inside apodimos.com we will be able to find information that are relative with “lost” familiar faces.

For that reason we created the Internet extension page Looking For Their Roots of apodimos.com. The Emigrant Greeks that left from every part of Greece to Emigrate all over the world, sometimes they have lost their roots and bonding ties with their home country and relatives. This page will give the power to search for people that are lost to them, either relatives or friends that have no news for sometime and in certain cases for years.

We hope that relatives and friends will be able through the Internet to find their lost persons.

This will be done two ways:

Through the e-mail of the site looking@apodimos.com from were the searches will be selected and posted inside apodimos.com for two months and rotate.
Through the searches of Red Cross or other non-government organizations which will be hosted in our site.

From inside Looking For Their Roots one can be able to retrieve information also for their relatives that were lost in the era of the great mass emigration from Greece that, one was left for Europe, other for North America and another for Australia. That could be realized mainly from the e-mail looking@apodimos.com, but also through the Chat of apodimos.com.
